CONSULTATION
Consultation before the treatment is not required. However, if you want to discuss the procedure and get your questions answered, it is possible.
-Consultation costs: PLN 150
-If you wish to consult a preliminary drawing, the cost of such a meeting is: PLN 200
-Consultation is required if you have existing permanent makeup, skin diseases, visible changes on the skin or large asymmetry of eyebrows
– The price of the procedure is not reduced by the cost of the consultation.
REGISTRATION
-If you are interested in performing permanent makeup of eyebrows with me, please read the microblading tab carefully. Pay special attention to contraindications to the procedure.
-If you have no contraindications to the procedure, send me a message. You can do it via: contact form on this Website, Instagram, FB, Email, WhatsApp or text message on phone.
– The message should contain:
1. Your first and last name
2. Information that you have read about the contraindications to the procedure and you do not have any of them.
3. Information about the type and condition of your facial skin.
4. A list of medications you are taking.
5. A statement that you accept the regulations of my studio.
-If you have old permanent makeup, you should also inform me about it
DEPOSIT
-If I receive a message from you that you have no contraindications to the procedure, I will send you a proposal with the first available dates.
– If you decide to perform the treatment, the condition for booking the date is to pay a deposit of PLN 300.
– The waiting period for the payment is three business days. After this time, the selected date will be cancelled.
– The need to change the selected date for personal reasons should be informed at least 7 days before the scheduled visit, which involves a proposal with a new date without losing the deposit.
-A deadline can only be rescheduled once
-If during the completion of the consent form, the client finds that she has absolute contraindications preventing the procedure, the deposit is not refundable
-The deposit is also non-refundable in the event of misunderstandings regarding the aesthetics, shape or color of the eyebrows. In such cases, I reserve the right to refuse to perform the treatment.
-I reserve the right to change the previously agreed date in random situations that are beyond my control. In this case, a new date will be set at a time convenient for both parties.
-By paying the deposit, the customer accepts this regulations.
– In the title of the deposit (transfer), you must write your name and the date of the procedure
PRICE
– In the price of the treatment, two visits are included. The first pigmentation and additional pigmentation up to 4-8 weeks after the procedure.
– The price for the treatment must be paid in full on the day of the first treatment in cash or by credit/debit card
-If the client does not come for pigmentation during this period, the next treatment will cost PLN 200 (up to 3 months from the date of the first treatment).
-If the client needs to perform an additional treatment, if the effect after two treatments are still unsatisfactory, it will cost 200 PLN.
-If the client is afraid of an exaggerated effects and decides to perform a more delicate pigmentation, but on the correction day she states that the effect is too little visible or she changes her mind about the selected shade, the pigmentation will cost an additional PLN 200.
-If the client has remnants of old permanent makeup, I cannot guarantee that 2 meetings will be enough to get the desired effect. Each subsequent meeting costs PLN 200
PROCEDURE
– For an appointment, you should come in person at the time indicated, not earlier
– If you want to come to the treatment with an accompanying person, please inform me in advance
– It is not possible to bring animals or children to the treatment
– If you are more than 30 minutes late, the treatment can be performed with the warning that some stages of the treatment can be shortened, except for stages that have a specific duration. In this case, a shorter treatment does not reduce its price.
-Before performing the procedure, the client is required to complete an informed consent to perform the procedure. Form includes min. health questionnaire and photographic documentation.
– The post-treatment procedure and lifestyle have a large impact on the effect after the procedure and on its duration. The human body is unpredictable and you should be aware that a treatment may have different effects depending on individual metabolic and genetic health issues, therefore there is never a 100% guarantee of getting the effect described by the manufacturer of the device or cosmetic, therefore the client can not demand a refund for the treatment if the treatment does not bring her intended results.
– If the client is afraid of an exaggerated effects and decides to perform a more delicate pigmentation, but on the correction day she states that the effect is too little visible or she changes her mind about the selected shade, it is necessary to perform an additional pigmentation for an additional charge.
– If the client has remnants of old permanent makeup, I cannot guarantee that 2 meetings will be enough to get the desired effect. Each subsequent meeting is for an additional charge.
-I am not financially responsible if the client get worse results after the procedure as a result of not following the post-treatment recommendations
VOUCHERS (GIFT VOUCHERS)
– Vouchers are given for a period of 1 year and for a specific person. Unused voucher is canceled at the end of its validity. It is not possible to use or restore a voucher when it expires.
– Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable
-These regulations are an integral part of gift vouchers. When placing an order, the buyer declares that he has read its content and accepts it.
The office operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
We use the data only to contact you and I guarantee not to misuse it.
All treatments are described in the treatment file and are a protected by professional secrecy.
